Have you ever taken a really good picture of a ghost only to have it show up as a black box in other people’s journals? It’s especially frustrating when you’re sitting in the dark hearing all the spooky creaks in the house only to get a good scare from the Grudge-like throat-clicking. Fortunately, you had a photo camera in your hand to snap a photo.
Other Players Cannot See Your Photo
You frantically run out of the house so you can tell your teammates to look into their journals. Unfortunately, they see the word “ghost,” but it’s above a black picture. It’s frustrating because you see a quality photo on your end. After the round, you go to the back wall in hopes players can see the photo. However, they’re still not able to see it. How can you prove you took a quality photo with your digital photo camera? Fortunately, you’re in luck. There’s a way to see photos you took after the game is over.
Step #1: Open Your Steam
- Open your Steam client
- Go to your library
- Right-click on Phasmophobia
- Select Properties
Step #2 Local Files
- Select the Local Files tab at the top
- Choose “Browse Local Files”
From there, you’ll be able to see the last six photos you took with the digital photo camera. You can now upload them to social media or Discord and show them off to your friends.
