We continue Visage Dolores Chapter after you have found the bloody knife.

Now go back the way you came from. You are back in the basement.

Walk straight forward and you see a mirror. Break the mirror but do not enter the mirror. Now walk back a few steps and you see another mirror. Break this mirror also but again do not enter.

If you look around you see a white table. On the white table there is a key.

You found the key tagged “Tea Box”. You can now start looking for the second auto cassette in the basement.
