The Visage Chapter 3 start point is near the front door of the house by the coats. You will see a crutch. Once you interact with the crutch, the game will warn you that you are about the begin a new chapter.

Once the crutch disappears, then the door right next to it will open, which indicates the direction you should go in next. Now you have officially started Visage Rakan’s Chapter 3.

As you enter the living room through the opened door near the crutch, you will see a wheelchair in the room. Walk up to the wheelchair and click it. Once you have interacted with the wheelchair, you will notice the screen becomes monochrome and you have a quick cutscene that sends you back to the past. Once you can control your character again, do not worry about trying to go towards the door that leads back out to the staircase, as it will be locked.

Visage Rakan’s Chapter 3: Meeting Rakan

Since you are unable to get back to the main staircase, the only way to go is into the dining room/kitchen area to the left of the wheelchair. You will see Rakan sitting at the other end of the table where you will not necessarily meet him, yet, as he disappears after a short scene. You cannot enter the door to the left of the table, so the only other option is to enter the kitchen. Be prepared for a minor jump scare as Rakan appears again in a short scene. Once the scene is over, Rakan disappears again.

Continue through the kitchen through the corridor, where you are met with another scene. It is clear Rakan has some things going on. Do not worry about going to the stairs behind the chair. Instead, turn directly to your right and follow the corridor. Do not take a left down the stairs, take a right.

Rakan will once again appear in a minor jump scare where it looks like he is interacting with your character. He is not, we will not spoil it but there is some context in this scene.
