Are you stuck in The Room 4 and don’t know what to do in The Study? The Study is the next section of the dollhouse after you finished The Foyer.

You’ll see The Study, and just like any magically-obscured area, you need your eyepiece to look into it.

Click the eyepiece on the right side of the screen and double-click your way into the study.

Once you’re in the study, take a look around, there are a lot of moving pieces and contraptions to interact with. Don’t get intimidated; a little common sense should help you get through the puzzles in The Study easily.

The first thing you’ll want to do is look to your right towards the desk.

Double-click on the right side of the desk. You’ll see three symbols:
- A tree
- An acorn
- A sapling
This is where common sense comes into play. What is the life cycle of a tree?

You can slide the ball at the bottom right side of the puzzle to move it around.

First, bring the ball to the acorn.

Next, bring the ball to the sapling.

Finally, bring the ball to the tree to complete the puzzle.

This opens up a compartment in the desk with new puzzles. On the right, you’ll see another magically obscured area. Use your eyepiece again.

You’ll see an object similar to the concept of a Rubix cube. Use the base of the object to spin it around.

Spin the pieces of the object until the patterns match.

Do the same thing for each side.

Once that’s done, this opens a new drawer in the desk.

Double-click on the drawer and slide open a compartment with another piece you can rotate. When you try rotating the piece, the piece in the middle expands, but they’re clearly meant to hold something in place as they will simply retract if you let go. It’s time to find out what you can put there. What do you do next? Find out in The Room 4: Old Sins Walkthrough Guide – Part Eight.
