‘The Legend of Heroes’ is an old saga that is already 15 years old in the world of video games. Since its launch in 2005, it has earned its place with honors for the excellent plot, fighting, and gameplay. It did so without leaving the quality of the graphics and sound that always have unsurpassed quality.
That is why the announcement made by the Nihon Falcom Studio about the launch date of this new series and its respective trailer, has caused great satisfaction among its thousands of followers. People were able to find out about the pleasant news through NIS America in the framework of the transmission of the New Game + Expo event.
A Well-Detailed Plot
Like the previous series of ‘Legend of Heroes’, the new narrative of this game will focus on the same warfare between nations. We can also immerse combat against enemies that require quite a bit of tactic.
So, there is no doubt that the followers of this old saga will feel satisfied. We leave you the trailer they publish.
The game includes the most extensive cast of characters in the entire series. There will be new and more polished battle systems. There will be giant mecha summons, and mini-games that allow us to play poker, blackjack, and many more.
‘The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV’ will be released on October 27 for North America and Europe. On November 3, it will arrive for Australia and New Zealand on the PlayStation 4 console. However, the Switch and PC versions will arrive on sometime in 2021.
Unfortunately, we do not yet receive the exact launch date of this game for Switch and PC. Therefore, we are facing a temporary exclusive, like the previous ones, of the Sony console.
The good thing is that this time, we will not have to wait too long to enjoy the game. This is because between the western launch of the third part, and the fourth will take less than a year.
It is much less than we had to wait to see the previous series. It indicates that this franchise is beginning to arouse quite a lot of interest in our area.
The Last Series of the Game
This fourth series of the game works in a similar way to what the second part does compare to the first. It takes the events after the end of’ The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III’. It presents us with an unusual situation for students of class VII of the Academy of Thor.
His new instructor (and protagonist of the previous games) Rein, has disappeared. And, of course, the world is about to re-enter a war with the Empire of Erebonia.
Students of Class VII will have to team up with heroes from other countries (including Liberl) to have a chance to defeat this new threat.
