The launch of PlayStation 5 excites thousands of people around the globe. It can be due to advances in technology or the renewed catalog of video games. We often discuss about its specification and the expected design. Now, it is time to show you some of the confirmed games you will enjoy in PS5.

First of all, keep in mind that the PlayStation 5 will go on sale in late 2020 worldwide. Among its innovations, there will be new Dualshock 5 control, a 3D audio chip, support for 8K resolution (7,680 x 4,320 pixels), backward compatibility, etc.

1. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

The new game from the popular Assassin’s Creed franchise cannot be missed on the new generation of consoles. This is AC: Valhalla. It is a game that will have a setting in the 9th century, during the Viking period of expansion. This time we will play with Eivor, leader of a clan who will have the mission to conquer England.

In addition to this, the developer team -Ubisoft Montreal- confirmed that the map of the game would be larger than that seen in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, which stood as one of the most extensive in the saga. In turn, we can choose a female version of Eivor as the protagonist. The exact release date is unknown at the moment, but it was anticipated that it would be in late 2020 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia.

2. Gods and Monsters

From the creators of Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, it comes Gods and Monsters, an action-adventure video game set in ancient Greece. This Title will be distributed by Ubisoft and is expected to premiere throughout the second quarter of 2021 (initially confirmed for February 2020, but delayed).

This game can be available for current consoles, as well as the next generation (PS5 and Xbox Series X). In turn, Gods and Monsters stand out for its graphic section, which is full of colors and animations.

3. Observer: System Redux

It is a new game from the Bloober Team studio, parents of Layers of Fear, and Blair Witch. Observer: System Redux is a horror and fiction video game that premiered in 2017 for PS4 and Xbox One, now its developers are preparing a remastering for PS5 and Xbox Series X, which we can enjoy from the end of 2020.

Its announcement was made last April, and it was announced that there would be new playable content and changes in the mechanics. In the story, we will meet Daniel Lazarski, a man who can manipulate people’s memories thanks to the chips implanted in their brains. In this way, Lazarski will begin to investigate the mysterious murder of his son.

4. Dying Light 2

The sequel to the hit Dying Light (2015) will also hit the PS5 and Xbox Series X. Thus, the video game that mixes zombies, parkour, and a wide-open world will be playable on both current and future consoles. The developer, Techland, confirmed that Dying Light 2 would take advantage of DualSense technology from the new PS5 controller.

5. Rainbow Six: Siege

One of the most popular shooting games in the world will land for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Rainbow Six: Siege, the work of the French Ubisoft will arrive on these consoles in the same version of PS4, XB1, and PC, but with the inclusion of the cross-play. That is, users of the platforms above will be able to play with each other.

According to Leroy Athanassof, director of the game, Rainbow Six: Siege will be available from the launch day of the PS5 and Xbox Series X, so he was not encouraged to give an exact date since it depends on Sony and Microsoft.

6. Watch Dogs: Legion

The third part of the Ubisoft franchise will arrive on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X on a date yet to be defined. 7. Outriders

The next People Can Fly and Square Enix shooting Title. Outriders was announced in style during the last E3 2019, the world’s largest video game fair, and its arrival on next-generation consoles ( PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X ) has just been confirmed

The video game does not yet have an official release date (expected to be in 2021), but it has been confirmed that it will be on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X.
