Phasmophobia Grafton Farmhouse Map, Tips, And Ouija Board Locations Guide

Like Bleasdale Farmhouse, Grafton Farmhouse is an intimidating wooden building recently abandoned by its occupants because of the presence of a ghost. It’s up to the ghost hunters of Phasmophobia to dive into the depths of Grafton Farmhouse with its creaky wood flooring to find out what exactly is haunting this location.

Thanks to KDOG57, we have an idea of what Grafton farmhouse looks like on the inside before we even walk in. Unlike Bleasdale Farmhouse, Grafton doesn’t have any keys to look for, but it does have fuses in either the upstairs storage, downstairs storage, or downstairs master bedroom closet.

Grafton Farmhouse doesn’t have an attic as Bleasdale Farmhouse does, but it has a rather large storage closet that can be scary to walk around. If you have a full four-person party, you should:

  • Split into teams of two.
  • Have one team search upstairs with an EMF reader or thermometer.
  • Have the second team search downstairs with the same equipment.

Ensure each person is carrying a secondary item such as a spirit box, crucifix, or ghostwriting book. Once the room is found, players can quickly converge on the location to drop basic items before bringing in more advanced surveillance equipment.

Bleasdale Farmhouse might not have a garage or attic, but the fact that it has a nursery makes it extra scary.
