Our backtracking through the Otherworld ends here, we were planning on going back through the Junkyard to pick up the joke from the joke board, but that’s something we’ll do without writing about it. You already know it exists.

Omori Game Wiki Egg Cellent You Recorded The Joke In Your Joke Book

Just make sure you pick up the joke from the Cattail field.

Omori Game Wiki Climbing The Long Ladder

Around the west entrance/exit of Cattail field, you’ll see a ladder that goes down into the core of the Otherworld.

Omori Game Walkthrough Guide – You Got Cardboard!

There’s really not too much here except a bunch of sprout moles and watermelons.

Omori Game Wiki Most Horse 1st Place

However, you will find who won 1st place for “Most Horse.” Either they won first place for most horse (which we don’t know how they did as a sprout mole), or they stole it.

Knowing sprout moles, it’s the latter.

Omori Game Wiki This Sprout Mole Is Super Glued To The Wall

You’ll see a hilarious sprout mole super-glued to the wall for no apparent reason.

Omori Game Wiki Batzy Friends Used To Live In These Tunnels

You’ll run into a bat who implies this is where sprout moles used to live until some ventured off.

Omori Game Wiki Mr Ducky
Omori Game Wiki Mr Ducky Mom And Dad Are Probably Super Worried About Me

We headed back up to the surface where we ran into a side quest we forgot we had. Duckie Jr is sitting by a campfire under a waterfall. The sidequest was from the house back in the Otherworld town shaped like a present. Before you leave to turn it in, go into the tent next to the waterfall. Turn on the boombox for an eyebrow-raising surprise.

Head back to the Otherworld town and head into the box that is shaped like a present (you may have done this already but this is for the sake of those who want to make sure they didn’t miss a thing).

Omori Game Wiki Mari Picnic Blanket

Here’s where things got heartbreaking for me. I went to Mari’s picnic blanket to save my progress and decided, “why not let Omori and friends have a little picnic?”

This was a mistake. They were stuck like this. I wasn’t able to back out, I wasn’t able to escape, I couldn’t do anything. I had to sit there for ten minutes watching Aubrey twirl as I contemplated my life for not saving before I clicked on the picnic basket. Yes, I went to have a picnic before clicking on the basket. I had to force close the game and lost all my progress from the last two walkthroughs. Oops. Let that be a lesson for you all.
