If you’re stuck in the hospital in Little Nightmares II, refer to our walkthrough for help. The wheelchair puzzle.
Now that you’ve escaped the mannequin hallway, you must continue your search for the next fuse to operate the elevator in the main lobby.
When you escape the mannequin hallway, you’ll drop into a dark room. This is a shower room with two boxes of soap. Flip the switch as soon as you drop in the room to light up the shower room.
Before moving to the right, head to the background and move the soapbox out of the way.
Crawl through the vent into the next area where you’ll find another ghost child (or one of the glitching remains of a child).
The room you’re in has a body lying in the bathtub with a snake. There’s nothing more you can do in this room. This room’s purpose was solely for the glitching remains in the hospital.
Now, you can move on to the next area with the wheelchair puzzle.
When you enter the room, you’ll see a door with an open window to the right. There’s no way to climb up it. It’s obvious the only way to make it up there is by jumping onto something, and the only thing you can jump on in that room is the wheelchair. However, if you try to push or pull the wheelchair with the mannequin sitting in it, it won’t budge. How do you move the wheelchair?
Well, if you remember anything about the mannequins in the hospital, it’s that they only move in the darkness, and you can shut off the lights to the entire bathroom if you go back to the shower area. Shut off the lights, and run back to the wheelchair room. The mannequin will jump out of the chair. That’s all you want it to do. Back up a little bit and have the mannequin follow you before freezing it in place with the light.
Back up to the shower room and turn the lights back on. The mannequin is now frozen in place, and the wheelchair is no longer weighed down.
Push the wheelchair up against the door and use it to climb out. Where do you go from here? Find out in Little Nightmares II Hospital Walkthrough Guide – Part Twenty-Seven.
