Are you stuck in the hospital in Little Nightmares II? Now that you have the first fuse for the elevator fuse box, it’s time to meet back up with six.
Leave the room after you defeat the mannequin hand with the fuse box and walk down the hallway back through the room with the hanging mannequin parts. You’ll find Six sitting on the ground and playing with a mannequin hand.
Take six and go back to the fusebox. Note: if you look at the screenshot above, you’ll notice a fuse there that wasn’t there before. However, you can’t pick it up to use it. I’m assuming this was a bug. Don’t make the mistake I did with the fuse. You’re not supposed to use it on the elevator fuse box yet.
Instead, take the fuse and go to the left side of the upstairs hall.
Open the door and move through the room into the next hallway.
Once you’re in the next hallway, you can either run towards the background to a red light door.
You can also run towards the foreground, where you can peek into a room with an electric chair and a door with an item slot.
There’s nothing you can do yet with the electric chair room, so run back to the door with the red light and have Six help Mono into the next room. You’ll have to go through this entire section without Six again.
Once Mono lands in the next room, he will be in a room with a power lever and a mannequin blocking the doorway.
There’s no way to move past the mannequin. Instead, the mannequin will have to move on its own. Scary stuff, right? However, the only way for the mannequin to move is to turn off the lights.

Make note that mannequins will only move in the darkness and will freeze in the light. Prepare your flashlight as, once the light is off, the mannequin blocking the doorway will attack.
Keep Mono’s flashlight trained on the mannequin and back up towards the exit.
After moving to the next area, your heart might drop a bit as you enter a room full of mannequins.
Some of these mannequins will move to attack you, so keep your back to them and the flashlight trained on them.
Continue moving through the room until you get to the door on the left. Unfortunately, you have to turn off your flashlight to do so, so be quick.
The mannequins won’t get through the door, despite the scare they give as you move into the next hallway.
Continue down the hallway and onto a small cabinet and through the vent.
