All the salt is stepped on, glow sticks are everywhere, and there’s items sprawled across the floor. You have two other pieces of evidence and strongly believe your third piece of evidence should be ghost orbs, but how exactly do you find them?
What Equipment Do You Need To Find Ghost Orbs?
If you believe the last piece of evidence you need are ghost orbs, you’ll need some equipment to find them:
- Video camera
- Head mounted camera
The tripod isn’t really necessary. However, if you’re in an area where there’s no reliable place to place a video camera, you’ll need to bring a tripod. If you’re using a head mounted camera, you’ll need to make sure you have night vision switched on.
How To Set Up The Equipment To Find Ghost Orbs
Here are some tips for setting up equipment to find ghost orbs:
- If you only have a video camera without a tripod, find a waist-level surface such as a table or countertop to place it on.
- If you have a tripod, place it in the corner of the suspected ghost room to see as much of the room as possible.
- If you have a head mounted camera, make sure night vision is turned on, and coordinate with the truck person.
How Do I Know If I’m Looking At Ghost Orbs In Phasmophobia?
If you’re watching the video camera feed from the truck, make sure you’re not confusing the flashlights of your teammates with ghost orbs. Have them turn off all the lights in the suspected ghost room and switch off their flashlights. If you placed enough cameras in the ghost room, one should pick up a ghost orb off to the side unless you’re looking directly at them.
Don’t look away immediately, because they can sometimes float onto the video feed.
