3 Major Complaints About Phasmophobia’s Exposition Update

2 min

While there’s plenty to praise about Phasmophobia’s Exposition update, that doesn’t mean it didn’t come with a list of complaints. Many of the complaints were from Phasmophobia players who were content with how things were, but with the game getting a promised overhaul, there were bound to be some changes. Let’s take a look at 3 major complaints about Phasmophobia’s Exposition update.

You Can Barely See Anything In The CCTV

Phasmophobia Can Barely See on CCTV system

We loved the CCTV. Having the CCTV with the monitor inside the truck allowed the truck person to preview larger maps like the high school or prison to see if they could spot ghost orbs or any open doors. Now, if you try to look at the CCTV system through the monitor, you can barely make out anything, even with night vision on. The old CCTV system was just fine to help with analytical truck dwellers, and we feel they took out that option.

We Die A Lot More Often

Phasmophobia We are dying a lot more often

Since Phasmophobia’s Exposition update, we’ve died a lot more than usual. You’re supposed to turn off your equipment when hiding, but even when we do that, we still are found in the furthest hiding spot. It’s almost as if the ghost knows exactly where we are now. For example, the ghost was in the garage in Tanglewood when it started hunting. We hid in the closet in the furthest room from the garage but, even with the equipment off, the ghost still swung the doors open and grabbed one of us.

Where Can You Even Hide Anymore?

Phasmophobia There are NO safe spots for hiding

Going back to dying a lot, we don’t even know where we can hide anymore. We’ve tried line of sighting a ghost, using lockers, and using closets, but nowhere is 100% safe. The ghost just always knows where to find us, and it’s a bit unsettling.
