Back 4 Blood is just over the gaming horizon and will be launching in October this year. However, until then, we have a brief moment where we can jump into the action and try this game out thanks to the open beta that is live right now. This is granting fans access to play with new characters, see new maps and also, face off against the enemies that lurk within these hostile environments.
So with that in mind, we are running through the various enemies and giving you a crash course. In this guide we take a look at the Devil Worm Ridden, giving you the inside scoop on what they are all about and how to deal with them.
What is Devil Worm Ridden In Back 4 Blood?
Devil Worm Ridden is a special enemy type found in the Back 4 Blood franchise. While we don’t know if this creature is a boss variant or a standard enemy type. What we can agree on, is that this enemy doesn’t behave as transparently as the rest. In terms of appearance, these creatures are mutants that live below the ground and look rather like demonic tentacles. Picture the Demogorgon from Stranger Things and you aren’t too far away.
Then as for this creature’s behaviour, we are still in the dark on what to expect from this Ridden variant. However, if we were to speculate, we would assume that this creature will have a swinging melee attack, a long-range projectile attack and we would also assume that this Ridden variant will have access to a environmental attack or a means of calling upon the horde.
The sheer size of this creature leads us to believe that this creature is almost certainly a boss type enemy like the Ogre. However, depending on how tough this creature is, we would expect to see this pop up more frequently due to the static nature of the creature. We suppose only time will tell how destructive this creature can be. So that is our enemy guide for the Back 4 Blood Ridden variant, the Worm ridden.
What do you make of this enemy? Do you think this will be the toughest of the lot? If not, which one do you think poses the biggest challenge? Let us known in the comments section below and as always, thank you for reading.
