Within the new zombie epic Back 4 Blood, there are enemies called the Ridden. These abominations represent the zombie infestation within this game and your job is simple. Yet rid of as many as you can while surviving the perilous campaigns that this title has to offer. It sounds simple but it can be rather tricky. Especially due to the fact that there are multiple types of Ridden to contend with.
If you haven’t been keeping up with this game ahead of it’s release, you may be unaware of the enemies that you will encounter. Well, allow us to inform you. What is the Blighted Ridden In Back 4 Blood?
A blighted ridden is a variant of the common Ridden enemy. In terms of design and attack patterns, this enemy is very much the same as your run of the mill enemy. However, thanks to a corruption card that will have been put in place by the director at the start of the campaign, the Ridden you face will have a unique skill.
While we don’t know exactly what the blighted Ridden will be like in action. We can only assume from the term ‘blighted’ that this monster will have some sort of infectious disease which it will use in it’s favour. This might be a slow acting poison that transfers to the player upon contact. Or alternatively, this may be a plant/fungus-based power that allows them to stick you in place for an easier mauling. Either way, this variant will be quite a task to deal with.
